A Graphic Recorder translates dialogue into visual images, by listening to the group and making illustrations that capture both thought and feeling. The graphic facilitator helps people to see the key themes and stories arising within a dialogue. By connecting the dots on larger complex issues, groups can save time and energy when coming to decisions. Paired with a facilitator, this process can be integrated into community engagement events or dialogues. To source energy and insight from the group, by gathering impressions from people, creates more informed decisions and helps the communities that you serve. Images can be used after the event is over in reports and on digital platforms to enhance visual communication and community engagement.
